I'm Balazs, a self-taught wedding photographer originally from Hungary, now based in London. I've been photographing weddings for over five years, and I've had the chance to document more than 150 of them along the way.

I care a lot about the people I work with. I like getting to know what matters to you, how you want your day to feel, and what you want to remember years from now. That's what shapes how I photograph a wedding — not trends or templates.

My approach is documentary at heart, with an editorial touch. I don't want your photographs to feel overly posed or staged. I'll give you direction when it's helpful, especially during couple portraits, but for most of the day I'll let things unfold naturally and look for the moments, interactions and little details that make your wedding yours.

I'm drawn to places with character — beautiful architecture, thoughtful venues and locations that can naturally become part of the story. I love using the environment around you and bringing a more considered, editorial feel into portraits while keeping everything relaxed and genuine.

Outside of weddings, I'm usually travelling, chasing quiet places, dramatic landscapes and colder climates — Iceland and Norway being particular favourites. When I'm home, life revolves around coffee, editing, photography, and my cat, who has somehow become the unofficial supervisor of all three.
